3.77 isn’t displaying the new routes from 1.104 when you filter by uncompleted.
Same story on my end. Just updated 3.77. No Sleep Till Brooklyn (New York) also isn’t showing up.
The new routes introduced in 1.104 game still show as event only, despite being able to select them for free riding in game..

As previously mentioned, with the CA 3.77, when I select to add a route to My List, none of the newly released routes are available.
For example, New York does not have the No Sleep Till Brooklyn route in the list.
I rode Southern Coast Cruise as a free ride, selecting it from the Zwift app itself yesterday, and it shows as Event Only in CA, and not complete.
Haven’t new routes been added once ZwiftHQ are happy everyone has the latest update, in the past?
So might get switched on today? 
IMHO - If the new routes are available in game, which they are, they {should} be available in the Companion App, which they are not.
Cant make a meet up on No Sleep indeed, but it is available for a free ride now.
I don’t disagree, but that’s not how Zwift have worked it in the past. The flipside for doing it the other way is the people who complain that they can’t ride the routes yet because the phased rollout hasn’t reached them yet.
Companion 3.77 came out after the 1.104 rollout was done, which is how it usually works.

Which users don’t have 1.104 available?
I got the ZCA update before 1.104 Zwift (about 2 hours).
The new routes like No Sleep till Brooklyn will be made available once we finish rolling out game version 1.104.3. This is done with a server-side change, so it’s not a bug in the app.
Once done - the new routes will also appear in the Companion app so you can use it in Clubs and Meetups.
