I started using zwift 5 days ago and for the first 3 days i was able to see my current workout while riding so i do not have to look at the screen. for the past 2 days, it says i am zwifting but i cannot figure out on how to go to the workout screen. i can see a description of my workout and the ones i have already done.

The workout page on the companion app will only show if you’ve selected a workout in the ride/world selection area before you start a ride.
