Zwift Companion App not working

Hey all,

I am attempting to use the Zwift companion app during my ride but whenever I tap on my ride this is the message that pops up. I’ve made sure that my app is connected to my account and that device connection is switched on, but it just does not want to open my current ride.

For reference, I’m running either and iPad/Mac OS for the Zwift and IOS for the ZC app.

Your Zwift Companion App is not connected to your Zwift app or you would see different screens.

You need to make sure that the ZCA and the Zwift App are connected to the same router.
