Zwift companion app no longer shows map after new update

I can no longer access map and controls on the companion app. It shows that I am riding and it logs ride but I cannot go to map of my current ride!
Any suggestions?

It’s been working fine for me, last rode on Tuesday night with no issues. Is this a repeatable issue, or was it a one off glitch? Force close, restart… etc… see if it clears up.

This usually means that Companion is not able to connect to the Zwift game on your local area network, such as when the two are on different WiFi networks, or the Companion device has shifted to cellular data. Sometimes rebooting the router helps as well.

Happened to me on M1 Mac mini and iPhone 14 (most recent OS for both). Rebooting router did not fix. Rebooted iMac and relaunched Zwift. The Mac OS then popped up a dialog asking for permission to allow Zwift to connect to devices on the local network. That solved it.
