Hi all, an odd one for you.
Do the old Zwift card 3 month subscription card code do expire if not used after a certain date?
Someone is trying to sell me one, but i have the slight suspicion that the code which has never been used (scratch sticker still intact) might have expired.. Any thoughts?

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Physical gift cards were something Zwift offered during the pandemic, and we no longer sell them.
Assuming this card is legitimately unused - the value on it should still be redeemable. That said - you correctly have good reason to be suspicious. Buyer beware - scammers are everywhere.

I still have a handful and they’ve worked everytime I’ve tried them. Even this summer. With that said if you have a reoccurring subscription setup, you must turn that off so that you are not charged, even when your 3 month pre-paid service is activated. If you are double charged, customers service will credit you for future months.
