Zwift App will not load

I purchased a new laptop and the Zwift app will not open. I took the following actions:

  1. I checked out similar topics this forum and tried a few things with no luck.
  2. A tech person looked at my computer and the problem isn’t my laptop.
  3. Turned the firewall off and it doesn’t help.
  4. Unlinked the One Drive.
  5. Uninstalled the Zwift app and reinstalled it to no avail.

I sent a message to Zwift Support a week ago and haven’t heard anything.

Does anyone have some advice? It might go over my heard pretty quick since I don’t know a lot about computers.

(I have a feeling that someone at Zwift might have to look at the error codes, but unfortunately nobody is responding.)

What happens exactly when you run Zwift? You mention error codes - what do you get?

Can you share the make & model of the laptop?
