I purchased a new laptop and the Zwift app will not open. I took the following actions:
- I checked out similar topics this forum and tried a few things with no luck.
- A tech person looked at my computer and the problem isn’t my laptop.
- Turned the firewall off and it doesn’t help.
- Unlinked the One Drive.
- Uninstalled the Zwift app and reinstalled it to no avail.
I sent a message to Zwift Support a week ago and haven’t heard anything.
Does anyone have some advice? It might go over my heard pretty quick since I don’t know a lot about computers.
(I have a feeling that someone at Zwift might have to look at the error codes, but unfortunately nobody is responding.)
