Hi everyone! Can someone please explain to me in what order the academy training is done, when I should rest and when to train. I’m a bit lost on this.

I am wondering how many days to rest between the ZA session.
I normally train 3 times a week and then the academy is over within 3 weeks? Or am I misunderstanding something?
The academy is 8 weeks long. so you can do one a week.
Thanks for your help! There is little one a week? I thought of a bigger and more complete training plan.

RZA coaches recommend to keep 48 hours gap between ZA events (workouts and rides/ races) to be be fresh and well recovered.
