Zwift Academy Road [2022]

Just like those before me, I received the email but the data fields haven’t been populated.

Thanks for flagging the issue with the phenotype email. We currently have eyes on this and are looking into it. We will provide an update once we know more.

Why does the ZCA show the Academy progress bar when I haven’t signed up for it (and won’t be)?

For what it’s worth, I got numbers in my email (w/kg for each segment) but they’re all wrong.

Yup, exactly the same…it says “your phenotype is:.” Frustrating.

Will I have to complete another baseline ride as my email also didn’t give me a phenotype?

The data will still be there. It should just be a case of populating via API(amongst other things) and re-sending.

DId the ZA Baseline ride yesterday. Got my follow-up email as indicated in the titles during the ride, but no data contained. No Phenotype, no w/kg for the 3 segments. Anyone else had the same problem?

Same issue here, no data nor phenotype in e-mail received.

I didn’t even got an email.

My spam filter occasionally puts Zwift emails in my junk folder.

Same here. Useless mail without information :confused: I have no time and desire to ride the baseline again this week. Plz resolve the problem and send the correct mail!
