When I connected my new Tacx Neo to my new ZWIFT account I also redeemed a ‘1 month free membership’ voucher that came with the smart trainer. The web site showed the voucher as redeemed but when I ride it still shows a countdown for a 7 day trial only (which expires today). Any advice?
I think it will kick in after the trial expires.
