Hi @John_Ranby_ARCC, very sorry about that issue. I just looked at the logs and it looks like you’re using one version prior (1.73.2 instead of 1.74.0+).

If you already have automatic updates enabled on your Apple TV, it may be that the App Store update process didn’t run for some reason, so you can open up the App Store on your device to start the update manually.

We also made a change last night that will automatically show a notification to update to the latest game version when opening Zwift.

Once updated, you can confirm your game version either on the login screen (it’s shown in the bottom right corner of the screen), or by going into Zwift Settings and selecting the “About” tab. If you’re running version 1.74.0 or newer, the issue will be resolved.
