Just a quick thought: As this is named the TDU mission, it might be good to explain what relevance 3,057 meters has to the TDU. (Generally speaking, I think that detailing the correlation between the mission name and mission objective would be nice.)

Does a workout count?

Yes it does, so do your workout on big old hill

Just finished one ride and my elevation didn´t count towards Tour Down Under Mission, and also, some days ago didn´t got the badge for Magnificent 8 route.
Can anyone help me out?

Ors it count what I already climbed in the month if I apply it now?

Unfortunately not (as I found out), it’ll only count what you’ve done after registration/signing up for the monthly mission.

Will workouts that are part of a plan count towards February’s mission? Guess I’ll just have to find out.

Having done one of the plan workouts today, I can answer myself that, yes, it does count. The tracker for this mission showed 33% complete given this first workout today.
