Anyone aware of any problems this afternoon? I was riding ZG25 Queen & the game reverted to log in screen at approximately 38km. It prompted me to resume activity upon log in then reverted back to route but didn’t find my position on the mountain. The km’s we’re recording but it somehow lost it’s orientation. Arrived at a roundabout at about 40km & just went in circles. So no completion of route, or bonus points for new route.
I think this is a problem with the game running on your device, whatever that is. Possibly it crashed and restarated. There isn’t anything wrong with that route as far as I can tell, having done it more than once. Routes are local and do not depend on access to Zwift’s servers. Resuming an activity won’t allow you to get a route badge.
Ah I see, no worries I haven’t had any glitches for months. I’ll ride it again tomorrow & hopefully all ends well
