Someone needs to correct group workout 6 - it looks like it’s been inputted as seconds when it should be minutes. 6 second warm up with 1 second sprints??!
Hope its fixed by Sat when I plan to do it. There was also a problem with w/o 2 being only 4mins or so long. Had to repeat it!
I’ve just done this workout on my own and can confirm that it was the correct length, although difficult to power down from the 10sec sprint intervals!
