Z112 Update failed

Hi to all,
After installing Zwift i have the error Z112 on update.
I have checks the installation on two different pc and update fails on both.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but update fails.
Does anyone know if it is possible to download the update package locally (compressed zip to be sure that everything is downloaded correctly) and then apply it later.

I have see the link before to post but all seems ok.
Strange situation.
I’m connected by usb hotspot and maybe the only solution is to download before all the update pack and after apply, but probably is not possible to do.
I hope the Zwift Soft Team can add something more to help me because on two different PCs the same problem is a bit strange.
If a do not fix i switch on other similar application.

My guess is that it’s an issue with your internet connection.

I think instead that the update system should be improved to avoid these problems.
You download the package of the zipped patch, unpack it, checking that everything has been downloaded correctly and then install it.
From what I have seen, Zwift downloads the individual files to the download folder and if for some reason something fails there is nothing to do.
