The yellow pace partners arrow (when they’re behind you) is a yellow background with white writing so impossible to read the name and how many metres behind they are.
This has been brought up many times over the years. @James_Zwift said it’s on his wish list.

As noted, it’s a well known issue. It’s on Zwift’s radar, but no ETR.
