I have xiaomi mi pad 6. Zwift app in opening menu shows that ant is working but i can only connect tacx flux s via bluetooth. Why is that so?

Most phone / tablet manufacturers stopped adding native ANT+ support into their hardware years ago. If your tablet is one of those without an ANT+ radio in the chipset, it’s not going to pick up ANT+ signals.
