Workouts for building speed and endurance

Hi everyone, I am Emmanuel Katto. What specific Zwift workouts do you recommend for building speed and endurance? Are there any hidden gems in the workout library?

If you can handle creating your own workouts, do something like this:

5 minute ramped warmup
90 seconds easy spin
2x15min (or 3x15min) at 80-85% with 5 minute easy spin in between the 15 minute blocks.

You want to be doing these long intervals (and eventually even 30 minute blocks) to get used to the your legs getting sore and burning. The more you do it, you’ll adapt.

These workouts will feel easy for first 10 minutes but then you’ll feel it get harder, especially the second or third blocks of 15min.

There are similar in the Zwift academy workouts where you do a lot of sprints and then have to do a 20 minute block at fairly high power near the end.
