Looking for some recommendations for workouts. I rarely have more than 90 minutes (usually more like 60 minutes) to ride/train/race either indoors or out, so seeking workouts that fit into that duration and target shorter, higher intensity efforts rather than long ride/endurance.
I’ve done the “4 wk FTP Booster” workout plan a few times. Any favorites for other workout plans or individual workouts? Training Plans won’t work for me at the moment - my schedule is too erratic.
