Hi guys n gals,
I am new to zwift & indoor training/riding. I started my zwift career by doing the FTP builder plan and have just completed it. I didn’t do an FTP test before, but found it to be a good workout.
I intend to do the FTP test next and then ideally back into another training plan, but I am a little unsure what to do next.
Ideally each workout needs to be no longer than an hour (the odd one at 1:10-1:15 is ok) and no more than 4 a week. I actually ride mountain bikes when riding in the real world, but I see any zwifting will benefit me with fitness and strength.
So can anyone recommend which plan to take on next please!
