Started Zwifting in April after not riding my bike for years.
My fitness has greatly improved since then.
My first FTP test back on the first week of May was 182.
Started the 4 Week FTP Booster program a week ago. My FTP starting this program was 223.
Curious what it will be at the end of this booster plan.
Once I finish the 4 Week FTP Booster program, which workout/plan should I do next?
Not really into racing, just improving my fitness in general.
