Workout insights?

One of the reasons I joined was to gather some specific information as to what type of rider I am and or what are strengths and weaknesses ?

Is there a review or breakdown of performances out there that provides this information from Zwift Academy ?

Today’s Training Plan does not seem to be doing this ?

There is a graph in the lower right hand corner of your Dashboard on Today’s plan that shows your various abilities. The title of the graph is “Abilities Graph.”

I agree. Today’s Plan gives a lot of data, but not the interpretation for each workout. Like for workout 3, I want to know how well I recover after repeated efforts. I can’t find that level of info/interpretation on TP.
