Best way to learn from the exercises?

Hi all,
I am new to Today’s Plan and find it hard to take learnings from the data available. I enjoy doing the exercises and guess that they are pretty much what even pros would train after regularly. But how to “read” the data? Something is explained at their FAQ.

But it is pretty complicated. So I was wondering if any of you have some good ways of not just “enjoying” the exercises but to use them as benchmarks for better performance and so on.

For me I saw from the ability chart that my peak power was relatively lower, so I am doing some training to improve it.
