Windows11 and Launcher 1.1.13: First download not completed

Hello,
I’m asking support for the issue in the object:
I’m not able to fully download the program.

I’ve downloaded the launcher from the official website and started the installation as admin.
Once launched the download, the process remains stopped in the “Downloading” and “Updating” status. You can see what is the status in the image.
After this status, the installation remains stopped for minutes and nothing else happen.

It’s a known issue?

Hello @shooj , I’ve tried to follow the points and I’ve made several trials but the outcome doesn’t change (unfortunatly).
Most probably I’m still missing somethimg…

SOLVED by launching the “Webview2Setup” in Zwift folder
