Why am I so slow when Cycling?

I am using a basic trainer I bought years ago, not a smart one.

I am using the Magene S3+ Speed/Cadence Sensor for Cycling.

I have setup as using the speed sensor on my pc.

But why I am looking slow when Cycling when my speed tells me am not?
