Where is the human customer service

Been on Zwift for 4 years. First year was great, no glitches, basic, it worked. Since then it has gone down gradually, to a point where I can’t even get in touch with a human?
Was just trying to ask as to why I lost power during my last 2 time trial races half way through. Very simple question, made difficult by Zwift. Zwift is losing me if this keeps losing the human contact.strong text

Welcome to the forum, you’ve two options.

  1. Post full details of your issue here as chances are the community here can help.

  2. Persist with the online bot and keep saying you need help and it’ll eventually drop you through to a way of contacting a human.
