What days of the week to train for build me up


I’m looking at the training plan “Build me up” but there’s no direction on when to do the trainings (i.e. every other day, 2 days in row, etc.). Can someone provide guidance?

The answer to your question is completely dependent on the individual. Build me up is a great plan, but it is not for beginners. You should have a solid base of fitness before attempting to complete it. If my memory serves me, there are 4 or 5 workouts per week, so you can have 2 rest days per week. Most people will do the longer workouts on the weekends, and try to space the others out during the week with the higher intensity workouts taking place after a rest day.

Basically it is up to you.
