My weekly distance goal in the app was 60 miles. Same in Companion. Suddenly it changed to 18.6 in the app for some reason but stayed at 60 miles in Companion.. I deleted the goal in Companion and added a new one (50 miles). I now have a weekly mileage goal of 50 but it’s still showing 18.6 on the PC.
How do I get both to show 50 miles?.
Hi @Chris_Lodge! Welcome back to the forums! Jose here from Zwift.
I understand that the weekly distance goal does not appear on both sides, could you sign out of both Zwift and Zwift Companion, then log back in to refresh the data. Then check Your Zwift Profile Online. Visit Zwift.com and check if the correct goal is reflected there if not, try to manually Adjust the Goal Again.
Try deleting and re-adding the goal on both platforms to force a sync.
You can also follow the steps on this article to set up properly your weekly distance goal. If the issue persists after following the instructions above, please contact us at support@zwift.com,
My distance goal in the companion app cannot be changed from 205 mi. I can change all other goals. Please advise.
I’m also not able to update my distance goal, the others seem to update, but distance always reverts back to where it has been for quite some time.
I haven’t replicated this problem (Companion on iOS) but I was curious if there’s any change in behavior if you switch to a non-distance goal, save that, and then back to the distance goal you want.
Tried that too and it still wouldn’t save, on android
Thanks for this bug report. We have a fix coming in the October Zwift Companion release. This issue only impacts Zwifters that have Imperial units selected. In the meantime, you can work around the bug by switching your units to Metric, changing the goal, and then switching back to Imperial.
