Recently I noticed a tremendous change in wattage. I use a wahoo kicker snap and was averaging 3.5 watts/kg. Now I’m at 1.9 -2 w/kg. I’ve calibrated all to no avail. Any idea what’s up?
Are you saying that given the same wattage output you are seeing a smaller w/kg than previously? If so, have you updated your weight in your profile to be heavier?
No, I was averaging 230 250 watts at 3-4 watts per kg. Now I’m averaging 150-200 watts and 1.8-2.2 watts per kg. Why is stable. Just odd that for several weeks it was higher for the same effort.
