In need of some guidance. Recently started zwifting and yesterday noticed my watts/kg is very low.
My current ftp is 219 and weight is 74kg. When doing intervals at 190watts my watts/kg was showing 1.2-1.3. Should i be concerned? And where and how do i change that it reflects correctly.
That’s basically half-power being reported by the W/kg figure. Do a search on “half power” and you’ll find its not an unknown occurrence. Look for previous reports by anyone with the same brand of power meter.
