I have a cycleops powerbeam pro and lately the watts keep dropping to zero but cadence is still high
Very sorry to hear about the problem. I assume you are connecting via Ant+. Are you using a USB extension cable with your Ant+ dongle? Try to get the Ant+ dongle as close to the Powerbeam Pro as you can. If this doesn’t solve the problem, would you please open a support ticket and send us your log file?

Your log fils are located in your \Documents\Zwift\Logs folder on your computer, and if you open the file, you’ll see the date of the ride in the first line. This will tell us more about why you might be having problems with Zwift.
