Watt Bike Hub

Hi, I am very new and have just attempted my first ride on my Watt Bike Atom. When trying to do a workout from the Watt Bike Hub the screen would freeze after the 5 second count down - it was all connected ok and it did it in very workout I tried. Everything was fine in Zwift so was it just an issue with the app or something I’m doing? Pic of the frozen screen.

I checked your account and saw you’re using an iPad with the game version 1.82.0, which is updated. But it looks like your iPad’s iOS is out of date. The current version you have is: IOS 17.5.1 and the latest version for your iPad it’s iPadOS 17.7.4. Based on Apple releases.

You may also consider reinstalling the game following the update. Additionally, it is advisable to reboot your internet router and conduct a speed test to ensure that your connection is stable.
