Same here. Did a ride late this morning and did not get credit for the climbing. Super frustrating.
I did mine at 9+ EST but didnât accrue yet. Husband did another just now, recorded, but was still missing some 20m in calculation
20m as in about 70 feet?
Did my rides at 10am PST and working for me.
The point here is being able to precisely track and log all climbs, big or small, ft or meters, should be part of the algorithm for event implementation.
I have been writing software for a living since 1986. Zwift maintains logs of all rides. This should not be difficult to fix.
Same experience here. I accumulated some elevation gain this morning over three group rides, starting at 5:30 am local time (PST), but my progress on the Mission still reads 0.00 (0% complete).
Did two rides - TdZ Stage 5 and another group ride yesterday at 5pm (Malaysia time) Thatâs 24 Jan, 5 pm ⌠almost end of day here but nothing registered. So yeah, suffering the same fate as all those who posted here. Time zones should be relative to where zwifters are located. Maybe Zwift should ask Strava how they set their algorithms to reflect the individualâs time zone correctly
The point is if the event starts 24th Jan, then itâs 0001 24th Jan anywhere regardless where we are located! Sort it out Zwift!
I see Iâm not the only one who started riding today January 24th and didnât get credited for the ride elevation. I did 2 rides this morning, started at 6:00 am Pacific time (San Francisco) nothing, but the ride I started later in the afternoon did. Not very happy about this screwup. Riding the âRoad to Skyâ - Alpe Du Zwift section only takes about 60 minutes (3500 ft) is still a bit of an effort. In addition to knock this 20,000 ft out in 3 days - come on.
You know you have more than 3 days, right? It goes until 26 February, not 26 January.
That doesnât excuse the error. But thereâs still a month to get the elevation in.
Thanks for pointing this out
Still no updates yet? Itâs 13+ hours since my ride and for many parts of the world already the 25th!
Same here. Living in Europe, paying in âŹ. Yesterdayâs elevation not credited.
Hi, I did Surrey Hills on January 24 at 1:07 pm Brussels time. No credit. Could you fix this, please?
I rode on the 24th at 14.00 UK time and 15.00 for around 500m.
Nothing credited
I also did the alpe yesterday and donât get the credits but WHO CARES??? It was a good workout for me and that is whatâs really count.
Itâs just a video game and you have a full month to do this mission. Itâs plenty of time.
Thought youâd complain about those people, heh?
I also didnât get any credit after a meet up yesterday on ven-top 5000ft which left me with less skin than I started with. Cheers Zwift
If thatâs how you think then why do you pay for the most gamified indoor cycling option out thereâŚ?
Ofcourse itâs only a video game but if you ask people to pay for âonly a video gameâ then it should work as well, no?
People just looking for âa workoutâ will go to cheaper indoor training options such as TrainerRoad, TrainingPeaks, RGTcycling⌠Asking a premium for the added gaming features, also requires living up to your promises. People judging you when you then donât seems only logical, no?
Lets keep this on topic please.
I would assume if the Time started USA time then It will end USA time and therefore you will get the same total amount of time to complete the mission.
