For those who rode on January 24 prior to 8am US Pacific time - we’re working on a way to automatically credit you. Please allow us a few days to do that. You won’t have to lift a finger, we’ll take care of it! We’re also going to extend the “window” so that the mission ends at 23:59pm local time on February 27th.
Assuming that Zwift’s calculation of individual zwifters’ time zones works correctly, it’s end of day on Sunday.

I have completed the entire mission and have not received any emails from Zwift or Wahoo regarding entry for the giveaway contest. I have received the kit unlocks but no giveaway notifications for partial or the completed mission. Is there something else I need to do?

I completed the Climb Mission just now and saw that I didn’t get any emails to enter the different giveaways. After reading the FAQs I updated my email settings on the stated page - will that suffice to receive the emails or was that too late since I updated after completing the mission?
Funny thing is, I received a bunch of other advertisement emails from Zwift although none of the boxes were ticked.

When is the drawing and when/how will you be notified if you win?
I didn’t receive any email after completing the mission (nor at any of the part way points). I’ve checked the email setting noted above. What should I do now?
Hi I joined Zwift in late Jan but had no idea i could register for this mission simultaneously wih tdz and Rapha Rising. I joined late and as of today i had hit 5k/6k. Before joining the ride, the Wahoo event was still there. After completing the last 1k elevation, i ended ride and the event has expired, without rewarding the jersey. I was wondering if i could send a request to reward my account with the jersey? Thanks.
I had no idea I had to subscribe to some email setting. It didn’t say that when I signed up, or when I completed it (for the second time, after Zwift crashed the first time I got to the end of the challenge). I stumbled across this requirement on Zwift Insider, which I don’t usually read. I’m quite annoyed that I entered the challenge, it told me I had completed it, but now I find out I’m not even entered for the draw because I didn’t know I hadn’t received an email Zwift didn’t tell me to expect or subscribe to. Poor show.

As noted previously - this is a Wahoo-run sweepstakes. The prize drawing will happen on March 6. The winners will be notified directly by Wahoo.
I never got the email and only just opted in tonight to the emails. Is there any hope for me to enter?

Also seems weird to register and put in my email and never actually get a response email, even if it is marketing emails.
UPDATE: Wahoo has drawn winners for the three prize packages, and is process of notifying them to work out delivery.
Wahoo runs the sweepstakes and will contact the winners.
