VIRTUAL WALK Option
Can Zwift at the start of a treadmill session have the option to start an activity as either a RUN or WALK start button?.
If ZWIFT could capture the treadmill session as a VIRTUAL WALK, it will allow me to correctly capture the data of VIRTUAL WALKS vs VIRTUAL RUNS. The reason that is important is because 90% of my time on a treadmill is WALKING not RUNNING. Then this activity is transferred to STRAVA as a VIRTUAL RUN, you cannot change this activity within STRAVA to a WALK (yes I have submitted to STRAVA to have this changed) and therefore my PROGRESS data with STRAVA for VIRTUAL WALKS and VIRTUAL RUNS are skewed. Especially when I am trying to train for a 6day hike, as I am trying to capture my daily kms of walking. But this is not reflective in STRAVA.
I am able to change the activity within Garmin but it is Strava which I capture & review all my data in STRAVA.
