Having problems auto uploading to Strava - my account works perfectly however my partners does not.
She is still in the trial period-does this issue fix itself when the trial ends and she subscribes.?
She has connected to Strava on its own and also tried Garmin-neither auto update.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.?

Welcome to the forum.
There is a minimum distance that you need to ride before it will update I think it is 3km
Rides need to be 2 km (1.24 mi.) or longer and runs must be at least 0.8 km to upload.
Rides have been of 16km and longer.
Disconnect and reconnect Strava and Garmin.
There is no difference between paid and trial except for the number of miles you can bike.
Tried logging out and back in to both apps-still the same fault…
Also tried disconnecting connected services-still not working
