Updating Zwiftpower personal metrics

Hi all,

Why does it take over 24hrs for ZwiftPower to update one’s personal metrics under the Profile tab?

I’m referring to the 30 Day, Year and Total metrics.

I’m guess its due the to the server and what they have to handle with all the results need to do daily.

I don’t know if this will help you but have you tried hitting the Refresh Profile link?

ZwiftPower is a half-dead app that doesn’t get much love so however it works is probably what you’re stuck with. It’s not a good replacement for a third-party analysis app like intervals.icu.

Yeah I’ve tried the Refresh Profile link. However, no refresh - surprise, surprise.

Please tell me more about the intervals.icu app. I haven’t heard about this.

Intervals.icu is like TrainingPeak but free

Try it! The free option is quite good and the premium option is not expensive. Development pace is rapid. It recently got a Zwift integration so ride data will automatically be imported. You can import past data from other sources like Strava. I did a full export of all my ride history from Garmin Connect and uploaded that to seed it.
