Unexpected shut downs on Macbook during rides

Hi,

Can anyone help me to get to the bottom of this. Since updating my macbook to the latest software. Montery 12.1 I have been having issues. It will just randomly shut down. Some times it will run fine for an hour, others it will shut down mid race which isn’t the best.

I’m running:
Macbook pro 2020, Processor 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5. Memory 16gb, Graphics Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB.

I’m not sure if this is the same issue if your Macbook is actually shutting down, but there are known issues with Zwift crashing on Monterey. See macOS Monterey 12.0.1 Zwift crashing
