Unable to join Robo-pacer

I’ve recently got a new Mac (MacBook Pro 14" M3 Max) and whenever I try to join a Robo-pacer (normally Coco), I’m dropped onto a random place on the map, nowhere near C.Cadence and on my own.
Wondered whether I needed to log out of Zwift (or similar) on the previous Mac, or whether it’s coincidence that this started happening after getting the new machine?
Any troubleshooting tips will be appreciated!
I’m running Game version 1.69.0 Launcher version 1.1.13 macOS Sonoma 14.5
