Hi, for some reason it takes 2-3 attempts for me to successfully login to Zwift. To be more precise, Zwift accepts my email address and password bringing me to the start ride screen where Zwift tells me how many days left I have on my Strava Premium promo. The problem begins when I click the start ride button. After a few seconds that screen gets pulled down into the dock and the scrolling screens extolling the virtues of Zwift appear followed a few minutes later with an error message stating something to the effect of could not log into Zwift please contact Zwift if the trouble persists, Usually by the 3rd time I get in fine and pretty smooth sailing from there. Any suggestions?

Hmm. Weird. I’m going to turn this into a ticket but I’m wondering if it’s a bad install? Either way, this will let us get the log.txt and launcher_log.txt files (located in your Documents\Zwift\Logs folder) which will, hopefully, give us some clues.
Same thing happens to me about 1 out of 5 log in’s. My error is “Couldn’t Open ZwiftApp, if Problem persists…”
