I squeezed this training with my regular training regimen but had to double up sometimes to get this done on time. Because of that, I usually chose the shortest duration workouts first and then moved on to the longer ones depending on my day.
Will my results be affected if I chose to do a 5K instead of a 10K for the run?
Also, does Zwift have access to Strava and USAT results to see what athletes are actually capable of?
I have connected the accounts and I know it would be easy for them to take a look but will they?
