Trainingpeaks Workouts will not transmitted to Garmin

I have now done the following tests:
Free practice in Zwift → The data goes to Garmin and TP.
Training from Zwift → The data goes to Garmin and TP.
Training from trainingpeaks → The data only goes to TP not to Garmin!

How can i fix the last issue?
