What happens when I complete a training plan series? Can I go back and re-do some of the workouts or do I have to start over from day 1. I have gotten real benefit from the TT Tune-up series so I don’t want to stop. I know I could make my own custom workouts, but including all the cadence changes and coaching hints would be less than fun.
