Skip Workouts in Training Plan

Can we skip a training plan first few weeks?

Big fan of TT-Tune Up Training Plan; I am about to complete the 8 weeks program and, after completion, I would like to keep on training using TT-Tune Up workouts but only of weeks 5 to 8.

Reason: Workouts get harder with time and now that I have built up more strength, focusing on “intense workouts” of the last weeks seems more effective.
