Training Plan Cut Off

New to zwift and been working my way through a training plan for the past three weeks.
The main ride (purpose of the plan) is open tomorrow through till Sunday. I am trying to figure out if I start the ride but cannot finish it due to work commitments, if it will still be available post the cut off on Sunday? I’m crossing my fingers that there is some way to avoid the dreaded grey out!
Hoping someone can help as the lack of flexibility in the training plans is proving to be problematic to say the least!
