According to Tour of Watopia - Ride then Stage 4 C was supposed to be Serpentine 8 but after the descent and the clockwise circuit then it just ended; not finishing the counter-clockwise circuit. It looks in the companion app like I finished stage 4, but was it always the intent to only do about half of the route?
You have to go about another 6km to finish the segment and get the route achievement
