Tour de Zwift [January 2026]

@Omar_Calderon_C3-Wag Do you use the Companion app? That’s how I find the events and races. One easy trick to distinguish between the two is that the events (non-races) are at the top of the hour, and the races are :10 and :15 past the hour.

This link should give you all races on Makuri for the next 7 days, but please note TDZ race stages change next Monday at 1710 UTC.

There might be the odd race there that is not TDZ race.

The official TDZ races are 10 minutes past every hour.

If your Zwift Racing Score is greater than 650, you can join the “Advanced” TDZ races at 15 minutes past the hour every few hours.

Thanks @mary! I found my answer by exploring the “filters”. Not super obvious but there you have it. Thanks

Is there a easy way to see what routes you’ve done?

So that in the last week you can ride the routes you’ve missed

If you press the obnoxiously large banner on the companion app it takes you to a dashboard with those details

I believe there’s also a humongous tile in the main screen of the Zwift app itself that would also allow a Zwifter to access this information.

Yes, in-game you can click on the trophy icon on the left side of the TdZ page to see progress

Where can I view my progress in the companion app for the TdZ runs? Just finished Stage 1, and it did not show up in the dashboard… only the rides do :frowning:

I’m not aware of any way to do that

All 18 Routes Completed. 6 days :+1:

Well what do you know?

Funny how many racers today in pens B-E are setting 5min 90-day racing bests up Petit KOM, despite the climb being at the end of Hell Of The North.

It’s a flat 25 minute warmup, perfect conditions for setting a 5m PR. I plan on doing so myself.

Question: How do you tell if a Tour de Zwift stage you’re entering is a banded, or “keep together” ride rather than a genuine pace ride?

I just entered one and only discovered it was a banded ride when in the event; if I’d known it was banded, I’d have chosen a different event.

Hoping I missed something obvious, and someone can please help me learn what I missed!

Which event was this? I wasn’t aware of any banded Tour de Zwift rides. Although it might have been a banded ride that happened to be on one of the TdZ routes?

Oh, unusually, a number of official TDZ rides are rubberbanded today! :+1:

Today is anticipated to be this season’s Zwift peak day, where the largest number of Zwift users are online at the same time.

Lots of TDZ rides have “special guest” today, one of them is Eric Min (I guess 1600 or 1700 UTC today).

Nice of ZwiftHQ to tell us all here about these banded TDZ rides!

Edit: Link corrected!!!

This :up_arrow:. None of the TdZ rides are banded, but there are clubs running banded rides on the TdZ routes which would count towards TdZ.

Some are banded, see my post and link above!

It doesn’t mention it in the event description. Guess I’ll find out in about 30 minutes. Kind of hoping you’re right, will mean I finish quicker :joy::crossed_fingers:

That now corrected link shows all banded rides in the next 7 days, see the rules tab near top of screen.

I’ve become a big fan of banded rides, like you I will get around routes far quicker in a banded ride than at my non-race pace, I did a TDZ race yesterday and my next ones aren’t likely to be before Saturday’s Tiny Races. Plus the communities than regularly run banded rides usually have a nice bit of social interaction while trying to do routes like the stage 1/2 long routes in ~2 hours.
