Tour de Zwift 2021 FAQ

Zwift doesn’t put the entire event up at once. They haven’t put up Stage 7 yet, so you’ll just have to wait until they do.

Completion of Stage 6 is not showing. Is there a way to fix that?

Is there a reason why the gravel stages don’t include the Serpentine 8? As someone who is going ABC for the tour, this stage is going to be torture.

I have the same problem, completed Stage 6 twice and program crashed …

i can’t find their Email adress support too…

It’s a shame the Stage 7 Jungle Circuit doesn’t include the Serpentine 8 route. For TdZ, this route should have been included.

I did contact them they said they will not be getting more in, but look on the bright side you can order that new over priced rain jacket for £310

WHY do you ask us to do the Tour de Zwift.Yet the results are way behind being sent to us.I am still waiting for mine for the 8th December stage 1,and 30th December stage 6.
I have tried to ask you via email, but your email isn’t working nor chat.
Maybe it would be better you had ALL your problemsd sorted before you start anything like this,as I’m sure I’m not alone in being frustrated.I think I will be joining Fulgaz or Rouvy after this month.

too many parallels  marketing of the 21th century.

I too am extremely disappointed that this event is not a race. I understand I can ride hard and call it “a race”, but there are no results that pit one against the other. If you don’t take a screen shot of your time at the end of the stage, then good bye any evidence of how you did.
An event that is clearly named after the greatest bike race in the world should be more than just a “group ride”. Yes, let’s do have a group ride option, but there should also be the option to race.
Please consider this for the 2022 TDZ.

Create an account on ZwiftPower. Then you can see results along w/other stats for the race that isn’t a race aka Tour de Zwift.

I have a ZwiftPower account. My friends and I have noticed that the ZwiftPower results do not exactly match the times in Zwift. Some of our times are off by as much as 30 seconds. This is unacceptable for race results.
Also, we shouldn’t have to jump through the hoops of getting on ZwiftPower to race.
Thanks for the advice though.

Hi there, just want to find out if anybody is experiencing the same issue I am.
I finished stages 3-7 of the Tour de Zwift, then receive the completion email after the ride but my Tour de Zwift Passport is not stamped showing that I have completed the routes.

The difference is probably Zwiftpower timing from when you cross the start line as opposed to when the banner drops.

Registering for ZP is simple and when it’s done, it’s done. No, ir shouldn’t be necessary but it’s worth it to get more accurate results.

The time stamp is the same for everyone. The only trouble with the time are the “late-joins” can reduce their time by 20 minutes or so and still show on the results. When there is a ride almost every hour, nobody should get a late-join. Then we could have a real GC competition like last year.

I finished Stage 7 and got the finisher email, but i can‘t see it into my menu?

Why are people racing against people who aren’t racing, or how do they know who is or isn’t racing or just group riding?

This event was a race in years past.
