Timing on previous ride on segment not accurate

Hey everyone,

So i was riding the ventoux kom today. In the riders list on the right side of the screen my previous time on the segment increased to two minutes and a couple seconds slower up until the finish. When i was on top my time was over 5 minutes faster then the previous (when it still said 2 minutes on the riders list).
Anyone got any idea what’s going here? Am i missing something?
