Time of Day on the Island?

Just finished my first ride on the island - and loved it. One question - it was 1400 here on the East Coast, but on the island it was pitch black. What time zone is the island on?

Is there a keystroke to turn on a headlight? I saw screencaptures with what looked like headlights.

Seems like a full day is only an hour or two on the island as it changes quickly.

Zwift island is in the pacific and I think it uses +11 time zone.
