You will need to use the Zwift Mobile Link to bridge the Bluetooth signal to your computer. The phone and computer will need to be connected to your local network so they can communicate and send data.
Also Bluetooth can only connect to one device/app at a time so make sure the trainer is not connect to your phone or the Tacx app, it should ONLY Be connected to the ZML.
Hi Justine!
We understand it can be confusing with all these pieces of equipment, so we made a “Getting Started” guide that’s available on our knowledge base.
Additionally, we have a video that explains how to get your various pieces of equipment set up properly.
Finally, make sure your laptop meets .our minimum requirements. You’re also going to need to download the Zwift Mobile Link. The Android version is available on[the Play Store.](http://The%20Android%20version%20of%20the%20app%20is%20available%20on%20the%20%5BGoogle%20Play%20Store%5D(https//play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zwift.android.prod&hl=en) Make sure your phone and computer are on the same wifi network, and that you aren’t connecting your trainer directly to your phone.
Just in case, we’ve written a guide for connecting via BLE on our knowledge base.
Ride On!
